Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable. For bookings made close to the arrival date, the specific cancellation deadline will be displayed at the time of booking. All time-based conditions are determined by the local time of the chalet location.

If you are on a scheduled payment plan, any refund or remaining amount due will depend on what has been paid at the time of cancellation.

House Rules

Our chalets are privately owned homes, and we ask all guests to treat them with care and respect throughout their stay.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is available after 4:00 PM
Checkout must be completed before 11:00 AM
Self check-in is provided through a secure keypad system

During Your Stay

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Pets are not permitted
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Parties or events are not allowed
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property

Violations of these rules may result in additional charges or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Liability

LivZen is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the property. Guests agree to use all amenities, including hot tubs, decks, and outdoor areas, at their own risk.

Payment Terms

A reservation is confirmed once payment is completed. For bookings made with scheduled payments, all remaining balances must be paid by the deadlines provided at checkout. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation without refund.
Modifications

LivZen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
